Rate information: All rates are quoted for double occupancy. Lodging taxes of 6.5% (summer) or 4% (winter) will be added to the room rate. Each additional person in a double occupancy room is $25 per night. Summer rates start April 1st and run till September 30th.

Check in is 3:00 PM Check out is 11:00 AM.

To guarantee your reservation, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due at check-in.  All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.  If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your reservation, you will forfeit your deposit.  We do not refund for early departure.

Well-behaved children over 12 years are welcome. Please notify us at time of reservation.

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

For everyone's consideration, smoking is permitted outside well away from the buildings. A $100 cleaning charge will be assessed for smoking inside our home.
