Harbors Edge Vacation Home Rental Rate information: House rate is $300.00 per night with a two night minimum stay. All rates are quoted for double occupancy. Each additional person is $40 per night. Lodging taxes of 7.5% will be added to the rate. For stays of five nights or more we offer a 25% discount on the above rates. Check in is 3:00 PM Check out is 11:00 AM. To guarantee your reservation, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due at check-in. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your reservation, you will forfeit your deposit. We do not refund for early departure. Complementary airport and harbor pickup is available. No smoking and no pets please.
